Retention Policy

This policy explains how long MHCSPC Assistant keeps personal data.

Registration requests

If you register but are not yet activated, your name and email may be kept for up to 12 months so the administrator can complete onboarding and follow-up.

Active accounts

For active users, name and email are retained while your account is active.

After account deletion

Once deletion is requested and confirmed, account data is removed from the app’s user configuration in normal operations. Limited operational records may be kept for up to 90 days for backup recovery and security investigation.

Review and updates

This policy may be updated as the app evolves. The latest version is always available from the registration and login flow.
