Who controls your data

MHCSPC Assistant is managed by the application owner. For privacy requests, contact admin@mhcourtly.com.

Data we collect

• Full name
• Email address
• Hello Club profile ID and booking participation, including sport, booking times, and names of people listed on bookings

How we use your data

• Validate and manage your access to the app
• Send one-time login codes
• Handle account and support requests
• Show members their playing statistics and prepare yearly summaries

Legal basis

We process this data to operate your account and run the service (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and/or Article 6(1)(f), where appropriate).

Your rights

• Request access to your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account data
• Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable
